NEUTRON DOOR FRAMES -- FEATURES:

1. Constructed of 1/2” hot rolled channel stitch welded together for strength necessary when pouring frames in place with thick concrete walls.
2. Angle steel cross braces below floor line to prevent twisting of frame.
3. Constructed on custom frame jig with no exposed welds.
4. Steel covers entire wall width section at door
5. Flange anchor at base with hole punchout for stability when setting frame in place.

NEUTRON DOORS -- FEATURES:

1. Machine beveled door edge.
2. 1/4” steel face plate plug welded into 1” thick door edges.
3. Lead and polyethylene installed in door as required.
4. ROTON continuous gear hinge (patented) or six-way adjustable cast steel ball bearing hinges supporting up to 10,000lbs. available.
5. Electric or pneumatic door operators available with limit switch so x-ray equipment cannot operate unless door is fully closed as required.
6. Heavy duty door pulls both sides.
7. Natural wood or plastic laminate faces available for field installation.
8. Manufactured on custom jig to maintain flatness.
